Purchasing Terms and Conditions
When a litter arrives, we announce their arrival on all our social media platforms and website. A deposit of $250 is required within 48 hours of choosing a puppy. Final payment is due after the puppies have been vet-checked and given a clean bill of health at 6 weeks old.

We offer interstate shipping for puppies at your expense, with a minimum age of 8 weeks for travel. Despite flight restrictions, we can still arrange interstate flights, although travel times may vary. Alternatively, overland transport is possible, but we recommend flying for the quickest delivery of your new family member.

International shipping is also available at your expense, with puppies flying at 16 weeks of age after they have received full vaccination.
Health Guarantee
At the time of sale, as the breeder, I confirm that the puppy is in optimal health to the best of my knowledge before leaving my care. Vaccination records will either accompany the puppy or be sent via mail prior to flight if applicable. Upon receiving your puppy, it is strongly advised to have them examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours at your expense. Should any significant health issues arise during this initial check-up, you are eligible for a full refund upon returning the puppy to me at your cost. This refund policy excludes illnesses or fatalities resulting from neglect or mistreatment.

Environmental health responsibilities fall to the new owner. It is crucial to avoid over-exercising, stair climbing, or jumping with your puppy. Maintaining a well-balanced diet is essential. Conditions such as environmental hip and elbow dysplasia, diabetes, epilepsy, OCD, and other environmental-related ailments are outside of my liability as the seller. These conditions and their management become the responsibility of the new owner once the puppy is in their care. Therefore, no compensation will be provided for environmental health issues.
